We do not offer any return, exchange or cancel policy as we are a totally made to order brand. However, we do offer alteration services which you can avail post 7 days from the date your order is delivered. The order pick up and drop charges would be yours.

Currently, we don’t have a physical store. However you can book a virtual appointment with us. You can shortlist your garments from website and we can showcase you the same outfits and breif bout them via google meet/ zoom meeting.

Yes, we do deliver the exact colour, material and size. However, please note that it may slightly vary due to differences in screen calibration and lighting. But, we’re confident that you’ll love the actual colour of the product.

Yes, sure. You can book a virtual appointment with us in case you wish to get any suggestions regarding which outfit style would go as per your body shape, skin complexion, etc. Or whether you need to make any customization in the existing outfits.
